To help us answer quickly, tell us the email of your account and, for a story, its title. Please don't send your password.
Quick answers
- Common questions (how stories are made, sources, pictures, pricing): see the FAQ.
- Cancel a subscription: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Noor Stories. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
- Delete your account and data: in the app, Settings → Delete account. Everything is deleted.
- Report a story or a mistake in a verse, hadith or dua: email us with the story title. We take every report seriously.
